The upper-level rooftop park is rather nice, but I don’t know if that’s open to the public or not. The grassy field on the ground definitely is, though.

The 1173 Borregas address no longer exists, it’s a grassy field in the middle of the Google Moffett Park complex of buildings now. You can walk through it, it’s open to the public.
