PPM League Season 19 Week 7 recap
David C. Lee (who runs our awesome tutorials) takes the win tonight in cutthroat 3-Strikes competition, besting 49 other players. Bobby Lawson is a hair behind him for 2nd after a climatic battle on Dragon (BAOOOOO!) and Kenley Fritts takes 3rd. Superb flipping folks!
In the two side challenges, I won the one-handed for some beverage containers (which will go into next week’s side challenge pool) and Peter V takes first on Spooksville to take home another awesome donation from Ralph Margado: a vintage RD2D! Thanks for the kind donation, Ralph.
Thanks to Nicky Throwe and Calliope for game selection and signage and all around awesomeness. Thanks to Joy and Bobby for setting up the side challenges!

SECTION 1. Section 63-1-40(6) of the S.C. Code
(6) “Status offense” means any offense which would not be a misdemeanor or felony if committed by an adult, such as, but not limited to, incorrigibility (beyond the control of parents), truancy, running away, playing or loitering in a billiard room, playing a pinball machine or gaining admission to a theater by false identification.
A State rep is proposing the section be amended to remove mention of pinball games.

Season 19 Week 3 Recap
Great fun everyone! Fair Strikes was more fair to some than others! Like Ralph Margado, last season’s point’s champion, who escaped the 49-player fracas with just a single strike all night to David C. Lee on Evel Knievel! Nice work Ralph! David C. Lee tied for second and ran another awesome tutorial on Star Wars. But the big surprise this time out was Marie Prasch Brady, bringer of brownies and various other confections, who tied David C. Lee for 2nd! Super job to our top 3!
Honorable mention to newkid Brett Buntjer who tied with Craig Yen for a very solid 4th in his first outing. He’s a player to watch!
Max Martin got a solid 6th overall and won the side challenge on Buckaroo with a ball to spare for a T shirt. Thanks to Bobby and Joy for taking on side challenge duties this time. Also, welcome back to Nicky Throwe and thanks to Jackie DiOrio and Calliope for assisting her with game selection. Thanks to Craig Yen for pulling down all the signs at the end of the night.
I gave my phone to Calliope to take pictures and she did an awesome job! Check out the pics she took below. Have a fantastic rest of the week and see you next time!
